The fire department escorted Hunter’s body the day of his funeral and plans to honor him with a community celebration every year
A firetruck was donated to a Pennsylvania volunteer fire company in memory of 4-year-old Hunter Braddee.
The Hunter K. Braddee Memorial Touch-A-Truck event was named after the boy, who the family said, loved big trucks.
On the day of his funeral, multiple fire departments escorted Braddee’s body to be laid to rest.
Braddee was riding in a pickup truck in June 2018 with his grandfather and aunt when police say a tri-axle truck crashed into them head-on.
